NEW DELHI: In a major boost to its technological prowess, state-owned telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has awarded a whopping ₹1,127 crore contract to HFCL Ltd. for a comprehensive overhaul of its nationwide Optical Transport Network (OTN) infrastructure.
